For most of human history, death was a certainty we had no choice but to accept. So we made peace with it. We built philosophies, religions, and entire lives around the one thing we could not change.
We are living in a world of compromises.
We reject this reality.
Today, with the massive exponential progress that we see because of artificial intelligence and autonomous thinking systems, it's no longer madness to think that biological immortality is a possibility.
I believe in a world where everyone should be able to plan their ambitions and goals in centuries instead of years.
I believe in a world where death is treated as a silly little bug that troubled early humanity, but one that was squashed by the wave of progress.
I believe that this future is not ten million, not a million, not even a hundred years away. I believe it is possible in the next decade.
The stakes are not abstract. If the cure for aging arrives one year later than it could, a population greater than Canada dies. Every minute of delay, 116 more people are lost to the enemy. Nothing in the world is more important than creating the cure.
We spend our resources fighting diseases one at a time, downstream battles against a single upstream cause. We call for a massively funded, coordinated effort to cure aging itself. One victory that cascades into all the rest.
This community exists for one purpose: killing death. Explicitly.
Membership is invite-only and open to anyone. The only requirement is that you are serious. Serious means public: you show your work, your contributions, your commitment to spreading awareness.
It is my hope that all the people in the community help each other in their endeavors so that we can start the ball rolling and strike back against the enemy.
Wake up to the time bomb in your heads. And fight with the tools that your brothers and sisters have given to you.
Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
